Explore Animan in a shared demonstration environment. On the login screen, use the username admin and password test, then choose a walkthrough below.
The “Open demo” button opens the application login. The walkthroughs then identify menus and tabs to explore; their availability depends on enabled modules and the account’s permissions.
Six paths for a first look.
Follow an animal
Refuge → Animaux: open the list, then an animal record. Also explore the Historique tab and Santé menu for activities and care.
Organise teams
Under Ressources humaines, view employees and volunteers. Explore functions, the Contrat RH tab and Vacances & Absences; compare these with Bureau → Planning refuge.
Run an association
Ressources humaines → Membres, then Encaissements → Cotisations. Under Association → Réunions, switch between the Comités and Assemblées générales tabs.
Prepare a post
Communication → Site web: browse the Page, Actualités, Articles and Faq tabs. Communication → Publication provides the Calendrier éditorial.
Track finances
Encaissements → Factures débiteurs for customer invoices; Comptabilité → Transactions and Notes de frais for transactions and expenses.
Organise training
Formation → Catalogue: open Formations, Cours and Modules. Under Formation → Sessions, compare Sessions with Inscriptions et présences.
How can you get the most from the demonstration?
Sign in with admin / test, then follow the menu labels below. The quoted menu names are from the French interface; they may be translated depending on the application’s language.
In each walkthrough, open the lists and check the available tabs for related information. On a tablet or smartphone, open the navigation menu first. Use fictional examples and note any questions for a presentation.

Use demonstration data only. Do not enter personal information or confidential documents.
Can every button be used freely?
Demo permissions and external actions must be clarified before public opening. Do not trigger messages, publications or payments without an explicit framework.
