Finances and payments
Invoices, payments, cash register, transactions and expense claims.
Track customer and supplier invoices, payments and transactions. Cash register and expense claim tools complete day-to-day management.
How can your organisation use it?
Clarify payment methods and the exports needed during setup. The scope of financial records and how they connect to your accounting should be defined together.
What you can organise in practice.
An everyday example.
A service leads to an invoice. The organisation finds its recipient and tracks payment in the financial tools.
Supplier expenses and other costs are tracked in the relevant modules. Exports and the connection to accounting are clarified during setup.
Your questions answered.
Does Animan replace all my accounting tools?
The exact scope must be defined with your organisation. Financial tracking tools do not promise coverage of every accounting obligation.
Where are customer and supplier invoices separated?
Customer invoices are under Encaissements → Factures débiteurs. Supplier invoices are under Comptabilité → Factures créanciers, alongside transactions and expense claims, subject to your permissions.
Details to clarify.
Payment methods, exports and the connection to your accounting must be validated according to your organisation.
